MHHC provides home care services in 7 counties in Virginia: Prince William, Loudon, Fair Fax, Stafford, Arlington, Alexander and Fauquier. We offer excellent home health care to assist people in maintaining the independence and quality of life for the Adults & Aging in their communities. Multitude HHC has proven expertise in supporting the Adult & Aging clients we serve, their families, our employees, and volunteers in a family-oriented setting.
With our excellent home health care providers, it is our mission to help people live a healthy and comfortable lifestyle, as we bring safety and comfort to their homes. We have dedicated and committed staff who provides a wide range of services such as in-home assistance and independent living skills. Our services are flexible and can be customized to meet the needs of the people we serve.
Multitude HHC Services
Multitude HHC, Services provides in-home assistance/promote the maximum level of independence of persons for adults over the age of 50 and/or adults who have severe disabilities that prevent them from performing these tasks independently.

Residential Support Services
Multitude offers excellent residential care to assist persons with intellectual and developmental impairments in becoming more independent and participating in their communities. Multitude is known for its strong connections between the individuals we serve, their families, our employees, and volunteers. We feel the same way about the folks we support—they refer to us as family.
Our residential care services are at their core provided by our team of direct support professionals, who are both highly qualified and empathetic. They receive instruction that goes beyond what the law requires. Only 12 people are served by each of our program managers, allowing them to devote their whole attention to the care their team of employees offers. A full-time team of nurses who oversee medical care supports our personnel as well.
